| DUTIES: |
| •ESTABLISHES STANDARDS FOR TEAM by consistently striving for better customer service; frequently auditing cases for on-time delivery, quality and consistency of work; on-going training with technicians; making sure everyone on team understands the mission and goals of the company; setting mission and goals of individual department; enforcing company policies, systems and procedures. |
| •ENSURES GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS by handling doctor complaints within a 24-hour period and answering technical questions. |

| •MAINTAINS PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE by attending team leaders meeting promptly; attending all in-house training requirements; reviewing professional publications. |
| •ENSURES A SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT by making sure work areas are kept clean; making sure that staff has gone through safety, infection control and hazard materials training. |
| •CONTRIBUTES TO TEAM EFFORT by active participation and communication, striving for excellence, providing world class customer service, and helping to achieve department goals and related results; adhering to company policies as outlined in the company handbook and related memos; following all safety procedures. |
| •MANAGES TEAM EFFECTIVENESS by balancing case-flow and distribution amongst teams; securing coverage when a Team Leader is out, if necessary. |
| •FACILITATES TEAM COST EFFECTIVENESS by monitoring and minimizing team waste through analysis of department productivity reports and other pertinent reports |

REQUIRMENTS: Energetic, goal oriented, great attitude, with strong management. Strong people, organizational and communication (written and oral) skills with a minimum of one year as a Team Leader and four years in all related technical specialties of a dental laboratory. Candidate must have a working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email
