A position is available for an experienced ceramist specializing in comprehensive dentistry. Must have strong background in occlusion and function from the Pankey/Dawson philosophy. Should have understanding of semi-adjustable instrumentation, centric relation, occlusal vertical dimension, neutral zone, envelope of function, anterior guidance, incisal edge position, centric holding shops, etc
Experience needed with refractory die veneers, layered pressed glass, and layered zirconia. Systems used include: Creation, d-SIGN, HeraCeram, Noritake CZR, Authentic, and Eris.
Our beautiful new facility features an open layout and design, incorporating studio-like work areas. The lab is organized for each ceramist and waxer/finisher to work side-by-side as a two person, private technician team for a small group of clients for consistent results.
Production of 6-8 units per day ensures the opportunity to create exceptional results in a reasonable period of time. We use all high noble alloys all multiple unit cases are full arch and face bow mounted. Most anterior cases include pictures for custom shading. Microscopes are used throughout the lab, and ceramists have their choice of Creation or d.SIGN porcelain.
