Tallahassee: DCS Smilescience and the Florida Dental Laboratory Association are proud to announce a new agreement that will help provide job recruitment and placement services to dental technicians and laboratory owners for career positions in the Florida market.

This new program is geared for dental technicians around the world seeking employment opportunities in Florida as well as for dental laboratories seeking qualified technicians to fill current and future positions in Florida.

The dental laboratory industry in Florida consists of nearly 1,300 commercial dental laboratories. Combined with the “sunshine state’s” quality of life and economic growth, the laboratory market environment in Florida is an attractive place to seek employment.

The FDLA board of director’s is excited about partnering with DCS Smilescience in this manner on behalf of its membership and the statewide industry says David A. Hult, president of the association.

This program will provide FDLA members with discounted access to a proven human resource recruiting/locator service to help fill workforce needs of the Florida market. The first 15 member laboratories that sign up under the program will achieve an even greater incentive for using the service.
